I.C.T. is a research and empowerment service that uses AI-powered tools to help
incarcerated individuals access educational materials, current events, general
knowledge, and general legal information (informational only—should be
reviewed with an attorney). All content is AI-generated and delivered in
accordance with DOCCS policies and JPay/Securus Terms of Service. Our
Sponsored Members are beneficiaries of a sponsor’s plan—not paying
customers. Our goal is to support independent study, informed decision-making,
and personal development behind the wall.

OUR HISTORY
I.C.T. Inmate Connect Tools LLC was founded in 2025 to bridge the gap between incarceration and access to information. After witnessing how New York State prisons sometime lagged behind in technology-still relying on cassette tapes until 2019
—we saw an opportunity to help incarcerated individuals leap further and faster into the future through the use of their tablets. Our platform empowers growth and rehabilitation by giving sponsors a secure, daily way to deliver Al-powered research directly to their loved ones behind the wall.

BRIDGING THE GAP
Founded in 2025, I.C.T. Inmate Connect Tools was created to expand on the foundation laid by platforms like JPay and Securus by offering faster, more tailored access to current educational, financial, legal, and transitional information. Built in response to advocacy from both incarcerated individuals and civilian supporters, I.C.T. helps bridge the digital and informational gap still present in many correctional systems.
We combine AI-powered research, trained virtual assistants, and sponsor-supported tools to deliver timely, relevant, and easy-to-understand content directly to those who need it most.
